Summary
We collect the minimum needed to make your portrait. You can make a preview without an account or email.
What we collect
Your pet's photo (processed in memory and not stored), pet name and species, your character choices, the generated portrait, a one-way hashed device/network fingerprint for abuse prevention, and—if you buy—order details processed by our payment and print partners.
How photos are processed
Your photo has its metadata (including location) stripped in your browser before upload, is sent securely to our AI image provider to create the artwork, and is not retained by us afterwards.
Storage & retention
Generated portraits are kept in private storage. Unpurchased previews are deleted after 30 days; purchased masters are kept for 12 months for re-downloads unless you ask us to delete them.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to operate (hosting, AI processing, payments, printing and shipping).
Your rights
You may delete your portrait at any time from the preview page, or email [privacy@ — TO BE CONFIRMED] to access or delete data. California and other state residents may exercise applicable privacy rights; we will not discriminate for doing so.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13.
