Every order starts with a free preview of your actual portrait, so you know what you're getting.

Digital portraits

Because digital files are custom and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If the file is corrupted or materially different from your preview, contact us within 14 days and we will fix or refund it.

Prints

Prints are made to order. If your print arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund. We can't accept returns for change of mind on custom items.

Cancellations

Print orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production (typically within a few hours of purchase).
