Eligibility & territory
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission. We sell only to customers in the United States, priced in US dollars.
Your uploads
You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo you upload, that it depicts an animal, and that it does not include identifiable people, illegal content or third-party trademarks. You grant us a limited license to process the photo solely to create your portrait.
The artwork
Portraits are generated by AI from your photo and an original character concept. Results vary and may not perfectly match your pet. The free preview is low-resolution and watermarked. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to display, print and share your portrait; commercial resale requires our written consent.
Original characters
Our personas are original parody characters inspired by broad eras and genres. They are not real people, are not endorsed by any celebrity, and use no real likenesses, lyrics or trademarks.
Prices & payment
Prices are set by us and shown before checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed before you pay. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or error.
Shipping
Print prices include complimentary standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states and D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories are not supported at this time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy.
Fair use of the service
One free preview per visitor per day. Automated access, abuse, or attempts to bypass limits or watermarks are prohibited.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
